Traffolyte is multi-layered (up to 3 layers) is phenolic engraving laminate. Each layer has a different colour so engraved letters or shapes would be a different colour from the unengraved portions.
Traffolyte is used as a material for tags and labels. It has two thicknesses 1.6mm and 3.2mm and can be engraved by hand or mechanical engraver. It gives a durable, professional, high quality finish with resistance to water and oxidation and that’s the reason why Traffolyte has long been a favourite material in a variety of sectors of the economy.
Traffolyte labels are great for use with electrical equipment, as they are not conductive unlike some metal info engraved signs, and here at 2G products, this is exactly what we can provide.
