2G Products specialise in the manufacture of control panel fascias, nameplates, tags and decals for the industrial market.

We manufacture these products in house from a range of materials including Aluminium, Stainless steel, Traffolyte and plastics.

Our aluminium panels are CNC machined and they offer resistance of up to 15 years externally. These are constructed using US-020A aluminium, while they’re available in a range of thicknesses.

All of our Nameplates, Testplates and Machine Serial Number Plates are scratch and solvent proof, while our expert team can dye the metal during the anodising stage, so that the print is under the anodised surface. Durable decals are not only cut to custom shapes, they’re printed for durability and they’re suitable for outdoor use.

2G Products also regularly build and modify rack panels from 1U up to 50U, while pre-built chassis can be modified to include extra air holes, additional chassis and further shelves if required. Our nameplates and tags are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel, while they can be laser marked and paint filled, while 2G can also cut and engrave plastics to meet your individual requirements.
